Questions clinics ask us.
Do you access patient data?
No. We only work on non-patient-facing admin such as supplier invoices, stock, payments and rostering. Demos are built in a dummy environment.
Do I need to use Plato?
Our packages are built Plato-first because that's what we use ourselves, but we're happy to talk through other workflows and systems.
What happens if I don't like the demo?
Then you don't proceed and you pay nothing. That's the point of seeing it first.
Who owns the automation?
You do. It's handed over to run in your own account, so you aren't locked in to us.
Will my staff need training?
Very little. The automation does the heavy lifting and your team reviews the result. Support is included for the first three weeks.
